14. EILEEN: Oh, sure. Where are you?
15. MARTIN: I'm in Boston. I'm coming home on Thursday.
16. EILEEN: Wonderful. What are you doing?
17. MARTIN: I'm watching television.
18. EILEEN: Did you go to the baseball game?
19. MARTIN: I went to the baseball game on Sunday afternoon.
20. EILEEN: Did you talk to the players?
21. MARTIN: Yes. I talked to some players. It was very interesting. I recorded some players.
22. EILEEN: Are you writing your story?
23. MARTIN: I wrote it on Monday. May I speak to the children?
24. EILEEN: Of course. Just a minute. Alan, it's your father.
25. ALAN: Hi, dad.
26. MARTIN: Hi, Alan. What are you doing?
27. ALAN: Nothing.
28. MARTIN: Nothing? What did you do on Sunday? Did you go to the movies?
29. ALAN: No, we didn't go. I didn't have any money.
30. MARTIN: What did you do?
31. ALAN: We watched television.
32. MARTIN: What did you do on Monday?
33. ALAN: I worked.
34. MARTIN: Did you go swimming?
35. ALAN: Yes. We went swimming in the evening.
36. MARTIN: Who went swimming?
37. ALAN: I went with my friends.
38. MARTIN: Did Sue go swimming?
39. ALAN: No, she didn't.
40. MARTIN: What did you do today?
41. ALAN: I worked in the morning?
42. MARTIN: Do you like your work?
43. ALAN: It's OK.
44. MARTIN: What are you doing now?
45. ALAN: We're eating.
46. MARTIN: May I talk to Sue?
47. ALAN: Sure. Sue! Dad wants to talk to you. Bye, dad.
